[wix-users] Error 0x8013141a

Hello,

I replied earlier but the reply didn't go through I guess  because of the
included image?

I am using WiX 3.11 from the link available at wixtoolset.org I didn't
build from source. I use a .pfx file for signing BA dll through msbuild.
Unfortunately fuslogvw.exe did not show any logs. Here is a screenshot

Any other logs I can check to further diagnose? Thank you in advance!
