[wix-users] Insufficient permission issue during uninstallation

The mailing list strips attachments. Can you post the additional data to
the web and provide a link?

Can you generate a verbose log and provide it instead of the image?
Can you provide an example of the generated .wxs? We're not familiar with
the templating engine you're using and it will make it easier to
troubleshoot if you provide the actual .wxs.
