[wix-users] Media Id and Cabinet question for patch.wxs

Yes our goal is to have patch update.
We have been doing major upgrade, but now we are trying to have frequent
patch because it is smaller. (4GB+ vs 100 MB)

I am doing patch which is going to one disk.
