[wix-users] Media Id and Cabinet question for patch.wxs

From what I remember, you only need 1 Media element unless you need to span more than one disk (or are doing patch, etc.)

If I have 394 files and 21 folders to update are you saying media Id can be 416? (394 + 21 + 1)
