[wix-users] Service failure Message

Hi All,
Is there a way to use a different message when a service fail to start.

> <ServiceControl Id="MyServiceId" Name="MyService" Remove="uninstall"
> Stop="both" Wait="yes"

So if we set the `Wait="yes"` it would make sure the service is started or
otherwise will timeout with an error message "Service MyService Failed to
start. Verify that you have sufficient privilleges to start services"
Can we modify this error message when the service fail to start for some
reason?
