[wix-users] ExecuteOnInstall and RollbackOnUninstall attributes on SqlScript

Thanks a lot, Nir for the nice explanation. It makes sense. Actually, I
don't want to delete the database on uninstall, rather I want changes done
by the installation to be rolled back during uninstall.
