[wix-devs] Building Wix 4

I do not, by habit, install such preview builds. Having a pre-release of 
a pre-view, might have been one too many pre's. I must have let it slip 
by in my eagerness to move forward with the project on which I was 
working before I decided to concentrate on Wix.
