[wix-devs] Building v4 End to End

I'm looking at the Home repos and the enlist process and many of the repos say I have to add the projects (typically .vcxproj ) manually to the WiXToolset.sln.

I'm curious, what do I need to know /do to set up an automated end to end build  of WiX v4?  I've created a pipeline for v3 and now want to create one for v4.    I'm curious to see the current state of WiX as the last published weekly build that I can find is from Nov of 2017.
