[wix-users] The product installed standalone with the setup exe is not fully uninstalled part of a suite

Taking a wild guess that the ISSuite doesn't install the bundle. It
installs the MSI directly.
My gut says you shouldn't be using a bundle or the ISSuite. Which one
likely depends on the use case.
