this is my first message to this mailing list, so a short hello to everyone!

I'm currently debugging an issue with a wix based installer using a custom action, specifically https://github.com/phpmanager/phpmanager/tree/master/Setup

The custom action is written in C# and using InstallUtil.

What's the best practice for adding logging to such a custom action?
