No. The underlying API doesn't have direct support for scopes like "intranet" -- it requires you to calculate subnets when the rule is created.

the firewallexception has listed two valid elements in the scope enumeration. (any, localsubnet) https://wixtoolset.org/documentation/manual/v3/xsd/firewall/firewallexception.html
Meanwhile there are more elements in the predefined set of computers.
Is it possible to somehow use these elements (e.g. intranet)
