A command line comparer is (or at least used to be) in the Windows SDK: widiffdb.vbs (at least one website claims that it's been open sourced by Microsoft, but I haven't yet verified that claim). Use with cscript.exe (or wscript.exe if you really want a dialogue box with text in it).
