[wix-users] Access WixToolset in GitHub Actions

Hi all guys.
Loving wixtoolset and want to use it on my project with jpackage to 
create an exe file for my java app.

It works very well on my PC, but how can I automate the build process 
using github actions?
How can I install and use wixtoolset in my GitHub Actions?

Is this possible?
