[wix-users] How to force bootstrapper exe during install show user friendly error messages

Hello,

When I run my bootstrapper generated executable to install my package, then
when it fails I get the Setup Failed UI page that say "One or more issues
caused the setup to fail. Please fix the issues and then retry setup. For
more information see the log file." And then more error details come after
it (in ,u case it says 0x80070666 - Another version of this product is
already installed ...". However if I follow the "see the log file"
hyperlink from the main error message then it opens the log in a notepad
document where at the end it clearly states the user friendly error: "Error
0x80070666: Cannot install a product when a newer version is installed."

How could I force the bootstrapper UI instead of showing developer level
error messages to show a user friendly error message like " Cannot install
a product when a newer version is installed.". I guess the inner message
comes from the bundled MSI package.
