[wix-users] asyncNoWait and asyncWait in custom action not working on windows server 2019

Hi,

asyncNoWait and asyncWait in custom action 'return'  is not working on windows server 2019. Only check and ignore value is working .
At the end of the setup we are launching the application so not able to use check/ignore since launching application is not returning any value. These properties are working on windows server 2012 & 2016 but not working on 2019 and custom action giving error 1631.
Any help on this will be appreciated.
