[wix-users] Wix Toolset Visual Studio 2019 Extension fails to install

For your information, i solved the problem :
The Votive2019.vsix need internet to be installed.

Unfortunately, we have no control over the VSIX install. Best guess is that this seems to be the issue:

05/06/2019 15:28:54 - Cache failed. Retrying download of 'WixToolset.VisualStudioExtension.Dev16,version=1.0.0.2'.

You manually install the VSIX by using VISXInstaller.exe. How did you install it?

Hello i have a problème with the visual studio extension (for VS 2019). The Extension fails to install.

I run the Votive2019.vsix in this conditions :

Version of WIX : 3.11.1
Version of Visual Studio : 16.1.1 (2019.1) Version of OS : Windows 10

Note that the machine is offline (no internet access).

Does anyone know what to do in this case? there is a possibility to manually install the extension?
