[wix-users] Condition for Change mode

Can anyone please let me know the condition for Change / Maintenance mode?
For Installation, we have "Installed", for uninstall, we have "REMOVE", for
upgrade, we have WIX_UPGRADE_DETECTED and so on. But what is the condition
for Change / Maintenance mode? Please help.
