[wix-users] Patch in Patch Bundle is not executed.

Hi,

I see a strang behavior when installing Patch Bundles.
I have Bundle E with msis A1,B1,C1,D1 and a Patch Bundle F with msi A2,C2,D2 and B1 Patch 1.0.0.0.
This works fine. Now I created another Patch Bundle G with msi C3,D3 and B1 Patch 1.0.0.1.
They both target the Base Bundle E with RelatedBundle "Patch".
When I execute the Bundle G then the msi Upgrades a performed but the patch install doesn't run.

The line that doesn't make sense for me is:
Planned package: CEREC_TLib_Patch, state: Absent, default requested: Present, ba requested: Present, execute: None, rollback: None, cache: No, uncache: No, dependency: None
Why is execute: None when the state is Absent?

When I excute the Patch 1.0.0.1 standalone it works, so I think that patch itself is valid.

Maybe someone has a hint for me.
