[wix-users] How do I make a 64 bit MSI?

I'm setting the components with Win64=yes explicitly. You can see my wxs in
my original email as well as here:
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/50012385/how-do-i-make-a-64-bit-msi
The heat.exe generated components do not have the Win64=yes mark, but I
read that adding -arch x64 to candle.exe sort-of fixes that and indeed, if
I change the folder to the x86 one, I get complaints about those 64 bit
going into a 32 bit folder.
