[wix-users] How do I make a 64 bit MSI?

Note that a 32-bit MSI can only have 32-bit components while a 64-bit MSI
can have both 32-bit and 64-bit components. I expect that your components
were still 32-bit when you were creating your 64-bit MSI even though the
documentation suggested they should automatically be 64-bit... That
happened to me which is why I set Win64 explicitly.
