Yes, definitely no longerthe "native" versionNT for W10. The approach as
described in stackoverflow
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/31932646/versionnt-msi-property-on-windows-10
seems to be the best way for setting  a property correctly.

Did also something simmilar for Device drivers (
