[wix-users] Uninstall Minor Upgrade

If by uninstall, you mean uninstall the entire product after a minor
upgrade has been applied, then I *think* the answer is yes, you can
definitely uninstall a minor upgrade. The uninstall is just a normal
uninstall.

If by uninstall, you mean "undo" the changes made by the minor upgrade so
that you're left with the base product install, then... um, I don't know
enough to make an educated guess to answer to that one... Someone with
actual experience with minor upgrades will need to chime in. My quick
google searches didn't help find a definitive answer. :-(

I did find this question:

which suggests that a minor upgrade delivered by MSI cannot be "undone"
while a minor upgrade delivered by MSP can be "undone". Unfortunately, I
don't know enough about patches to guide you on how to create one nor how
one is removed.
