[wix-users] Bootstrapper application will not be reloaded to prevent an infinite loop

Hi Everyone,

After installing the pre-perquisite ( .net 4.5.1 or .net 4.6.2), log file show the below mention information

The prerequisites were successfully installed. The bootstrapper application will be reloaded.
[0068:09BC][2017-02-10T07:39:43]i006: Bootstrapper application requested to be reloaded.
[0068:09BC][2017-02-10T07:39:43]i000: Loading prerequisite bootstrapper application because managed host could not be loaded, error: 0x80131700.

Re-running the Install.exe again shows the below mentioned error

"The prerequisites were already installed. The bootstrapper application will not be reloaded to prevent an infinite loop."

I am using 3.10.3 WiX Toolset version.

I can see there is already a bug being raised for this issue (https://github.com/wixtoolset/issues/issues/5286), do we have any specific timeline for this fix or any workaround to this problem.

Any help on this topic would be appreciated, awaiting your response.
