Probably not. In general, use a bundle for everything. RelatedBundle lets you mix and match.

In general, I'm looking for any kind of documentation that explains what kind of deployment & upgrade scenarios burn is intended to support. (i.e. I know that burn is not a fire-and-forget bootstrapper).

Is there such a document/blog post?
