I see it now. It does belong in the MSI as everything else is a silent install and yeah, rollback and uninstall support.

Installing a shortcut should be done during installation, not after it has completed, so you should prompt it before installing. This way it will properly support rollback and uninstall.If your MSI has UI anyway, it is probably best to promp it there
