Can you not just do a filesearch and launchcondition?

It seems to live here "%ProgramFiles(x86)%\Windows Media Player\wmplayer.exe"

we need Windows Media Player for our Program, but on special Windows Versions N or KN Media Player is not installed. Is there anywhere a Prerequisite or any Method to determine the existence of Media Player?
