[wix-users] Verbose MSI log not getting generated even after specifying /l*v

You might want to check what the exact command line is that they're
running. If they're installing on a server OS (Win2k8, 2k12, 2k16) and
attempting to create log files in the %TEMP% directory, you might actually
get routed to %TEMP%\1 or %TEMP%\2 since these server OSes support
session-based temp directories. Maybe your logging is getting split across
two directories?

Also, is your product a single MSI or multiple MSIs? Could the /l*v be
getting passed to the first MSI and not the remaining MSIs?
