[wix-users] ARP entry after .Net4.6.1 installation

Hi,
I'm installing .Net4.6.1 with the preqNBA prior to my MBA.
That installation requires restart, and after restart my MBA UI (which need .Net4.6.1) can be displayed.

Problem: after restart and before the installation of the other parts and ARP entry already appears in Programs And Features. So if a user chooses to exit the MBA and not install the product the ARP entry is still left there.

How can I handle this?
