                We're upgrading wix packages to use wixlibs instead of merge modules. Also, moving to Wix 3.8 from 3.5.
                We had used the ComPlus extensions previously, but now when building the msi I'm getting error CNDLL0200.  After poking around a bit I've discovered that  WixComPlusExtension.dll is not included in 3.8.1128.0.
                Is there any information on where to get it or how get this to work?
