[wix-users] run installed application after setup doesn't work as expected wit custom ui sequence

Open the source file WixUI_InstallDir.wxs and check for

<Publish Dialog="ExitDialog" Control="Finish" Event="EndDialog"
Value="Return" Order="999">1</Publish>
