Thanks for sending a PR for wix3. However, active development is only in WiX v4 at this time so to get this change into the project, you'll want to send the PR to the wix4 repo.

Fix seems trivial enough: in FindExistingCertificate function append _wixCert_ at the end of wzName - just like in UninstallCertificatePackage function.
