[wix-devs] What is suspend?

I imagine a clear mechanism to communicate "we want to fix this issue
later" versus "we're never going to fix this issue" might encourage folks
to interact with bugs they file or encourage businesses to hire FireGiant
to fix those issues they care about.

The suspend label might not be clear enough to folks that are not present
or follow the community.
