[wix-devs] Build wixv4 with VS 2017 RC Community

For the Release build error, what is the actual errors that you are getting?

Unfortunately, it is normal for a lot of the tests in v4 (and v3) to be
failing. I believe many of those in v4 are due to patching being broken
right now.
