[wix-devs] Hide target attribute in some Custom actions

It absolutely disrupts daily development since you can't see the values being passed to the CustomAction any longer. However, it is still the right thing to do. <smile/>

Hi,
Some deferred custom actions may contain sensitive information like server names, user names, passwords etc and therefore they should have attribute 'HideTarget set. In current version some of they do have such an attribute and some do not..
I would like to add this attribute to actions ExecXmlConfig, ExecXmlFile, ComPlusInstallExecute and some others.

It should not really influence dayly development but add the value of security to XML tool kit.
