[wix-devs] WiX v3.10.3.3007 Available

We have been testing v3.10.3.3007, on two build servers, multiple bundles submitted to QA, and I have specifically tested the following scenarios, without noticing any unexpected behavior.

Most bundles use WPF mba dll, with subclassed model/view, for unique behavior.  These bundles install a range of drivers, Windows Services, native C++ apps, .Net apps, Web Apps, Windows Components like IIS and external packages like SQL Server Express.  MSI packages are external to the bundle, eight MSI locals using shared cabs, and staged using atom application syndication.  A few files are embedded in the bundles, but I have never observed the 'attached container' problem reported by others (or at least I am not aware of the issue).  I do not use WinForms and have not observed the GDI+ issues.  One project uses WixStdBA.  My WPF bundles include NetFx452 as prereq, but support NetFx45 or later, and in some cases install NetFx3 apps.

Built CA projects (both WcaUtil based C++, multi-platform and DTF based C# projects), and ran Lux/Net unit tests.
Build Compiler Extensions with above projects.
-layout behavior, even when path is same as bundle location is expected behavior.
Major Upgrade from v3.10.3.2924 is expected  behavior. (mba and WixStdBA)
Major Upgrade from v 3.10.2.2516 (a prior production release) is expected behavior. (mba bundles).
Clean install, uninstall, and repair all yield expected behavior.

1) Update over MBA built with previous WiX 3.10.3 RC -- successful
2) Layout works as expected
3) Repair works as expected
4) Modify works as expected
5) Uninstall works as expected
6) Update over MBA built with 3007 -- successful

No sign of any container related issues.  I usually experienced them during an Update.

Can't comment on the GDI+ fix as I don't use it.

NOTE:  .NET Framework 4.6 reported reboot required after Repair sometimes.  Not an issue with this WiX, but my reboot handling may need some massaging.
