[wix-users] Installer froze on a specific windows 11 platform

Hi,
I have an installer which I've installed on multiple platforms Windows 10
and seems to work fine.
As I installed it on windows 11 it froze without going to the next screen.
Furthermore, on another Windows 11 platform it's not produced.
Does anyone have an idea of what can be done?

It's reproduced via GUI and via the CMD.
