[wix-users] .NET v4.0 and Visual Studio 2022

Hi there,

Our wix/burn bootstrapper is built to target .NET v4.0 by using the Visual
Studio 2019 compilers. With the move to Visual Studio 2022 the lowest
supported 'target' version looks to be 4.6.x. Does this mean that in order
to move to the Visual Studio 2022 compilers I would also need to
require/package the .NET 4.6.x redist as a part of my bootstrapper?
