[wix-users] Where can I find DiFxApp.dll and DiFxAppA.dll

They are compiled into the wixlib, and your project includes the lib which includes the binaries.
As far as I am aware, there is no official NuGet packages for Wix3.

We are building an installer (msi) and patch (msp). When I opened the MSI
and MSP using the Orca tool, I can see the following two binaries being
reported in the package
However, I am unable to see these in the WIX NuGet path I am using.
Does anyone know where these binaries are coming from? And is there a
possibility to use these DLLs from a custom path before the compilation? The
reason is that we would like to sign these DLLs with a specific signing
