[wix-users] MsiReinstallProduct + MsiEnableLog

Hi

Is MsiReinstallProduct supposed to create a log file? I can get generated
logs using MsiInstallProduct or MsiConfigureProduct, but I've had no luck
with MsiReinstallProduct.

I did notice that Burn is using MsiInstallProduct for repairs and instead
passing REINSTALLMODE explicitly.
