[wix-users] Built In Property to suppress the UI

Hi Rob,

Thanks a lot for your response. I searched quite a lot, but couldn't find
much. Can you please provide some more details? I even tried adding
UILevel=2 in the InstallExecuteSequence, InstallUISequence etc. But these
didn't work.
