You could definitely create a Bundle with all that stuff together.

Subject: [wix-users] Support for WinUI3/WinAppSDK 1.0

We are new to WIX Toolset and evaluating if it will work at all for our purposes. We have built an application using WinUI3/WinAppSdk 1.0. We are pretty happy with the ability to get the application to the store and deploy to users. But for some of our customers this option won't work.
They can't or won't use the MS store. We need to build a self contained install users can download and install locally. It would have to include all of the WinAppSDK dependencies, WebView2 if needed, and our main application. Some users won't have internet access, so everything has to be local. There are some customers who need an msi, so we would need to support that format as well.

It's not really clear to me if WIX would support this. Just looking for any others who may have used WIX with WinAppSDK and how successful they have been.
Thanks for any advice/help you can offer us.
