[wix-users] Where is which package cached?

We really need to know why (and when) you want this information. It's
actually not a static location because the parent folder is configurable
through the registry. The engine tries not to cache it in multiple places,
so if the product was installed in the default location and the user
redirected it later then what would you expect it to return?
