I guess I was kinda hoping someone on here had done that before and could point me towards something more definitive. We're about to release so for now we'll ship the vc redist rather than relying on burn's download mechanism.

That really is a better question for Microsoft. Only they'd know definitively since it's their stuff.

We're struggling trying to get a 'fix' on the vc redistributable for 2019 for use in burn. Originally, we were using this location:

https://aka.ms/vs/16/release/vc_redist.x86.exe

but that is no good, as it gets updated to the latest vcredist, and hence is subject to change.

We did find this link here:

This was taken from here a list here:

Can anyone confirm that this is a solid link that will stick around and we can therefore use in Burn?
