[wix-users] wix3: Build wix.sln

Ok, it works if you build wix.proj in the root folder first.
Despite the fact that this build results in errors after building for a
longer time, I am now able to build wix.sln and tools.sln.

Command Prompt, but I get:

Btw. The xsdgen.exe does not exist in the folder mentioned below.

Any suggestions?
