#define ERROR_ACCESS_DENIED
Access is denied.

The consistency is suspect but 90% of the time this issue is caused by anti-virus interfering with the intermediate and TEMP folders during build.

light.exe(0,0): error LGHT0001: Failed to save resource. Error 5

Installer is bundle chaining MSI's and one MSI is the point of failure, the problem MSI builds clean on it's own, and the bundle with the problem MSI
(MsiPackage) commented out also builds clean.
I can find nothing for LGHT0001 error 5.

any help would be greatly appreciated,
