[wix-users] VS2019 - How to get intellisense working for WIX tasks and extensions in .wixproj msbuild file

The following namespaces are not for MSBuild project files with .wixproj
extension.

xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/wix/2006/wi"
xmlns:util="http://schemas.microsoft.com/wix/UtilExtension"
xmlns:netfx="http://schemas.microsoft.com/wix/NetFxExtension"

They are namespaces WiX source files with .wxs extension.

None of those namespaces define a `HeatDirectory` element to use in your
.wixproj.

To my knowledge, there is no schema available describing WiX tasks for your
.wixproj.
