Sure, you can create an EXE wrapper/bootstrapper/chainer using Wix Burn: https://wixtoolset.org/documentation/manual/v3/bundle/

I wouldn't, for the life of me, do that unless I had a technical reason that demanded it.  I'd also fire any customer who wanted an EXE over an MSI.

Can we able to create installer in .exe format and not in .msi.  We have application with installer file in .msi using Wix installer.

Is it possible? as one of our client was mentioning to have installer file in .exe format.
