[wix-users] creating wix

Hi, tried the command line, said some thing about 2019 not recognized. Is
their a gui or wizard to set it up. And got the community version of visual
studio 2019. 32 bit on a windows 10 64 bit pro system.

Any help. Or any one able to walk through the process. Got the tool kit plus
the extension installed.
