You made changes to the source code of the WiX toolset? You should still have those sources, then. If you don't, you'll need to update to a newer WiX, reapply those changes (if still necessary) and then release (with WiX  sources if still applicable).

You are redistributing WiX toolset v2 itself? Please don't. It's very old and the newer versions are much nicer in so many ways.

You didn't make changes to the source code of the toolset? Please reread the license carefully. It allows you to use (without alteration) the toolset and distribute the created packages without incurring any requirement to distribute the toolset sources (the content you are distributing may have it's own distribution requirements, however, so be sure to honor those requirements if applicable).

Please consult with an IP attorney if needed to understand what your responsibilities are in your particular situation.

If, in the end, you absolutely must find v2 sources, they may or may not be available in a mercurial repository archived on CodePlex (you would need to download the 1.6 GB archive, then extract and search the history of the Hg repo to see if it contains v2 sources (I'm pretty sure we tagged builds on CodePlex, but that build was ~12 years ago).
