[wix-users] Official 3.14 release date

WiX v3.14 is not being released at this time (just another dev build from the weekend).

WiX v3.14 is aligned with WiX v4 and independent of Votive.

Rob,

 I listened to the weekly meeting and wondered if 3.14 would be included.   Please let me know when that's available and I'll be sure to test the full stack on 2017 and 2019 for you.
